The facility is located in the eastern part of Hungary in the area of Jaszbereny that is 100km far from the capital city, Budapest and the international airport. This area is famous for its healing thermal springs, the water which can be effectively used in postoperative recovery procedures and for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system.
The mansion is located on a landscaped plot of 3189 sq.m. Buildings on a plot:
1. Residential building: 356 m2: 3 large rooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, corridor, pantry, hallway, kitchen, open plan dining room - living room, garage, boiler room. The house is heated with thermal water from the well and (or) a gas boiler using a system of underfloor heating and radiators.
2. The guest house: 56.7m2, consists of 2 rooms, 1 massage room, 1 laundry, 2 showers and a toilet. Thermal water heating - underfloor heating.
