Description: the track Budafok is 22 district of the Hungarian capital. It is the most attractive developing place in Budapest on the banks of the river Danube.  On 19 and 20 centuries were turbulent life here, although today its cellars matures many millions of litres of champagne and wine. The track budafok was the largest wine center of the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, from cellars which before World War I sent large quantities of wine and champagne for a variety of locations, from the American President to the Russian Royal Court. Palace of Šacellari with its 2-hectare park is undoubtedly one of the pearls of the Hungarian capital. Over the centuries-old chestnuts is the main building. This is a real elegant Palace, built for a comfortable stay. The building and Park were planned in the style of fashion design at the South-German romance.  In America the style known as Disney WERD.  Beautiful and comfortable Castle Šacellari served as generic socket for several generations of a noble family. And now he is in excellent condition and is ready for full-fledged life. The current owner of the Castle Šacellari asserts that this is the last historic castle, exposed for sale. The castle is located 15 minutes from the Centre of Budapest, in one and a half hours from Vienna and Bratislava. Castle may be increased to 2500 sq.m.  Here you can place a hotel or hospital, to build a swimming pool, however, like any other structure. Other buildings can be restored as residence and stable Orangerie. The new owner need only decide whether he wants to save the island of silence and tranquillity next to developing the city centre or the Palace is part of a modern infrastructure Budafoka.
